How Does a Paper Bag Making Machine Work?

A paper bag making machine is a machine used to automatically make paper bags, which can effectively convert paper rolls into finished bags. The working process of the machine runs in a step-by-step manner, starting with feeding the paper roll, passing through the various stages of cutting, folding, gluing and forming.

Step 1: Paper Roll Feeding

In the early stage of paper bag manufacturing, it is necessary to feed the paper roll into the machine to start the operation. The relevant mechanical equipment can unwind the paper from the feeding roll and then feed the unwound paper directly into the paper feeding chamber of the machine.

Step 2: Paper Bag Forming

The paper material passes through the temperature regulating element to complete the sealing step. Step 3: Cutting

Step 4: Bonding

After the bag is cut, it will enter the bonding stage. In this step, the glue-applying compartment applies glue to the end parts of the paper bag in the longitudinal and transverse directions to ensure a strong bond.

Step 5: End folding

The partially assembled paper bag passes through a roller system and becomes one in the pressing room.

Step 6: Obtaining the finished product

After the above steps in the paper bag making machine, the completed bag is transferred to the stacker and then to the conveyor belt to harvest the final product.
